There are three meeting rooms available for rent by the public. Meeting rooms are prioritized for library and library-related programs and meetings; however, after these needs are met, the meeting rooms are available for rent to individuals, groups and organizations for a fee.
ROOMS AVAILABLE
Multipurpose room: 70 chairs and 12 tables
Northrop Frye room: 16 chairs and 1 conference table
Learning Lab: 12 chairs and 5 tables
EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE
Audio Visual Items: Data projector, Telephone*
Other Items : Easel with flip chart, Screen, Coffee maker**, Kettle
*For long distance calls, arrangements must be made in advance with the employee in charge of room rentals for billing purposes. If long distance calls are made without prior arrangement, a bill will be sent afterwards.
** Clients must supply their own coffee and supplies.
